At Umka Diaper Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used diaper-related products are not eligible for return.
Returns are accepted for orders shipped within the United States.
Return Method & Fees
- Returns must be sent back by mail
- A free return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved
- There is no restocking fee
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label after reviewing your request.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
