Step 1: Release the Frame
Gently press the front button located on your diaper pail to release and lift

Step 2: Remove the Empty Cartridge
Carefully lift the empty cartridge out of the pail to prepare the unit for your fresh UMKA refill.

Step 3: Align the New Refill
Take your new UMKA disposal bag refill and slide it smoothly over the top of the empty cartridge.

Step 4: Prepare the Outer Layer
Locate and remove the protective paper band, then gently pull up the outer layer of the liner to prepare for sealing.

Step 5: Secure and Reinstall
Push the refill material down through the middle of the cartridge, then snap the cartridge back into its original position in the pail.

Step 6: Final Seal and Ready
Pull the refill down into the bottom of the pail and tie a secure knot at the base to ensure a leak-proof start.
